Using a pallet inspired by its location, Beach House’s interior is as tranquil as its beach side exterior. Each room has its own character but are tied together with the hues of the sea.

Beach House is well appointed yet retains a quaint and characterful charm. It has 2 down stairs bedrooms and shower room.

It has a large patio styled garden secured on 3 sides by a 6ft wall and a fenced sun lounge area with uninterrupted sea views.

The Main House & Annex

There is a total of seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens (with three dishwashers), two utility rooms (with four washing machines).

There is also sitting room and games room in the annex making it ideal for accommodating and catering for groups of up to fifteen.

On the ground floor is a single room with access to a shower room with grab rails to both toilet and inside and out of the shower cubicle.

We supply one cot for those that request one, but the upper rooms can easily accommodate more than one cot per room if required.

2 Bathrooms, 3 shower rooms all with toilets one with grab rails.

The Main Kitchen.

A feature of this property. Recently improved to include a 3-oven electric AGA, conventional cooker and hob; microwave, fridge freezer, 2 dishwashers. Large dining space to seat 15 with patio doors to the garden and uninterrupted sea views.

Utility rooms x2.

Both to annex and main house. Each has a washing machine and tumble drier.

Living Room

Large living room with leather sofas and exposed timber floor.

A recessed wood burning stove. Large flat screen TV, BT smart box with sports and movies.

Free super-fast BT WI FI, Nintendo Switch Console and a large coffee table.

Patio doors to garden with uninterrupted sea views.

The Garden

Beach house has a large patio styled garden with cobbled borders and coastal planting.

It has an enclosed sun lounge area with an uninterrupted view of the sea.

You will find a pergola under which sits a stone-built barbeque and a hot tub.

Next to this we have a lovely heated swimming pool which is open from late April to early October.

There are 3 wooden bench styled tables plus numerous sun loungers and deck chairs.

The garden is enclosed on 3 sides by a substantial wall and solid gates.

Sea facing there is a picket fence and further fence before the sea making it very secure for children and pets (supervision advised).

The Annex

Large upstairs studio bedroom comprising of a king-sized bed & 2 French day beds adult sized.

Tv, adjacent fully fitted kitchen.

There are wardrobes; a utility with a tumble drier and washing machine and games room on the ground floor.

The games room has a pool table, table football, a darts board and a full array of toys and books.

Had a lovely weekend celebrating a relative's 85th! The house did just the job for our family gathering and the younger kids really loved having the games room to hang out in.

I stayed here for a long weekend with some friends, and it was definitely one to remember! The property feels like it hugs you as you walk through the front door with its cosy feel.
